This meeting will be hosted and chaired from the Town of Essex Municipal Building. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic this meeting is not currently open to the public for in person attendance.   • That the CAO Verbal Report on COVID-19 matters be received.

RE: Parkland Woods Street Name Application (Colchester South, Ward 3)

  • That Planning-2021-19 entitled Parkland Woods Street Name Application prepared by Rita Jabbour, RPP, Manager, Planning Services dated September 21, 2021 be received or received and supported; and if supported

    That Council approve the deviation from By-Law 601 by adopting the requested street names of Pereira Drive, Michelle Court, Fatima Court, and Manuel Court relating to the Parkland Woods development.

RE: Removal of Holding Zone Restrictions for Phases 1 and 5 of the Essex Town Centre Subdivision (Ward1)

  • That Planning Report 2021-21 entitled Site Plan Control Approval for 320 South Talbot Road prepared by Rita Jabbour, RPP, Manager, Planning Services dated September 21, 2021 be received; and

    That By-Law 2065, being a by-law to enter into a Site Plan Control Agreement between: The Corporation of the Town of Essex and 1954990 Ontario Inc. for the development of an equipment sales and rental agency (Liftow Limited) , be read a first, second and third time and finally passed on September 21, 2021.

RE: 2021 Capital Financing with Infrastructure Ontario - Fire Station 2 Replacement Project (FD-19-0015)

  • That Finance and Business Services 2021-11 entitled 2021 Capital Financing prepared by Katelynn Giurissevich, Acting Director, Corporate Services dated September 21, 2021 be received; and

    That By-Law 2059 being a by-law to approve the submission of an application and the entering into of a rate offer letter agreement with respect to Capital Financing for the Fire Station 2 Replacement Project be read a first, second and third time and finally passed on September 21, 2021.
