  That Council approve an extension of Draft Approval for the lands comprising Part of Lots 5, 6 and 7 on Registered Plan 202 (County of Essex File No. 37-T-06004) for an additional three (3) years; and

  That a copy of the resolution of approval be forwarded to the Manager of Planning Services for the County of Essex.

• That Community Services Report 2021-08 entitled Significant Event Status – 9th Annual McGregor Mug Run and International Beer Fest – Saturday September 25, 2021 be received;

  That Council approves the 9th Annual McGregor Mug Run and International Beer Fest for Significant Event Status for the purpose of applying for their Special Occasion Permit (SOP) for their event on Saturday September 25, 2021; and

  That Council approve the proposed route and road closures as requested for the 2021 Mug Run. (See Appendix “A” attached) and the proponent be notified they must contact the County of Essex for any County roads used for the run.

• That Capital Works and Infrastructure-2021-10 entitled, Results of Request for Tender – 2021 Bridge and Culvert Program prepared by Kevin Girard, Director, Infrastructure Services dated July 19, 2021 be received;

  That Council award the Request for Tender – Essex Bridge Rehabilitations 2021 (RFT-ID-21-015) to Intrepid General Limited in the amount of $343,996.02 including non-refundable Harmonized Sales Tax;

  That Council approve the reallocation of project funding in the amount of $55,737.15 from capital project South Malden and Mole Road (PW-21-0025) to fund capital project Rizzo Nicola Guard Rail (PW-21-0028); and

  That Council approve the additional funding of $25,874.41 (including applicable HST) above the approved 2021 capital budget for Project PW-21-0028 from the Asset Management Reserve.
